Here you can buy your WordCamp Romania 2024 tickets. The ticket is for the event taking place in Brasov on November 14th and 15th.

Tickets include entry to our two-day event with lunch, coffee, snacks, and an invite
to the After Party on November 15th, limited spots.

The event is 100% translated & interpreted in Romanian & English.

Ticket options

There are two ticket options to choose from.

General ticket

Our General Ticket is priced far below the real cost of attendance because we’re dedicated
to keeping WCRO affordable. Sponsors help cover the cost of the event that focuses so
passionately on delivering the best experience, therefore subsidizing and offsetting the low
cost of General Tickets. Tickets to be released in batches.

Micro-sponsor ticket

These tickets are priced closer to the real cost of attendance. If you feel you can donate a
little extra, please consider purchasing a Micro-sponsor ticket as a way of giving back. Your
donation ensures an extra-special WCRO experience for you and all other attendees.

FAQ

WordCamp Europe tickets are refundable. You can even sell, give or gift a ticket you bought by editing the
attendee details using the link in your ticket purchase confirmation email.

Important notes

  1. Each ticket is valid for one person only. If you are bringing a guest, they’ll need their own ticket.
  2. Tickets are refundable. Please see our Refund/Transfer information page for further details. Tickets are only refundable until September 20, 2024.
  3. If you need an invoice for your purchase please contact us via the contact form and send us your VAT details after purchasing the tickets.
  4. For attendees who require a Visa Letter to support an application to visit Romania, you can request one of these letter until September 20, 2024.
  5. If you have opted in to be listed on the Attendees page, the following information will be included: Profile picture from Gravatar.com, name, twitter account, link. You can choose to hide this information by following the link in your confirmation email.
  6. For community-building and promotional purposes, there will be volunteer and/or professional photographers and videographers at the WCRO event. By attending the event, you consent to your image being used in resulting photos or videos that may show your participation in WordCamp Romania.
