Hi, I\u2019m Alexandra Svinti, and I\u2019m passionate about bringing people together and making a positive impact through my work as the HR Manager at WPRiders. My role allows me to connect with amazing talent and help build a thriving, collaborative environment. But when I step away from work, I dive into adventure and family time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I\u2019m not at my desk, you\u2019ll likely find me off-roading with my family, exploring nature\u2019s hidden gems. I believe in the importance of creating lasting memories with my children, so I spend as much time as possible doing fun and exciting activities together. These moments are incredibly special to me, and they remind me of the simple joys in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reading is another passion of mine. There\u2019s something magical about getting lost in a good book, and it\u2019s one of the ways I recharge after a busy day. It also complements my love for learning and personal growth, which are important aspects of both my professional and personal life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout my journey, I can\u2019t point to a single life experience that shaped me; rather, it\u2019s the people around me\u2014whether they\u2019ve helped or challenged me\u2014that have influenced who I am today. I\u2019ve learned a lot from these interactions, and they\u2019ve made me the person I am now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Staying grounded and balanced is essential, and I\u2019m fortunate to have a wonderful partner by my side. My husband is my rock, and together we make a great team. He helps keep me grounded, and our relationship is the foundation that allows me to juggle the many aspects of my life with ease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be to travel even more! There\u2019s so much to see and experience in the world, and I wish I had started exploring it even earlier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead, when I\u2019m old, I dream of traveling to new places with my husband, discovering new cultures, and sending cool gifts to our kids and grandkids. Life is all about creating new adventures, no matter the stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for my favorite superhero, I have a soft spot for Miss Marple. She may not have superpowers, but her wit and wisdom are unmatched!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to food, I\u2019m a bit particular. I absolutely love good chocolate\u2014who doesn\u2019t? But seafood and beef? Not for me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019m looking forward to continuing my journey and making a difference in the lives of those around me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
